This dish has a rich history that dates back to the Qing Dynasty (1799-1820). It is believed that Lanzhou beef noodles were created by a Hui Muslim named Chen Weijing, who combined traditional Central Plains noodle-making techniques with halal dietary principles to develop this unique and flavorful dish.

FENGHUA CURRY NOODLES

Fenghua curry noodles are a modern fusion dish that combines the rich, aromatic flavors of curry with traditional Chinese noodle-making techniques. Originating from the city of Fenghua in Zhejiang Province, China, this dish reflects the culinary innovation and cross-cultural influences that characterize modern Chinese cuisine.

SHAANXI YOU PO MIAN

You Po Mian, also known as “Oil-Splashing Noodles,” is a 3000 Years History traditional dish from Shaanxi Province in northwest China. This region, known for its rich history and cultural heritage, is also famous for its robust and flavorful cuisine.

Shanghai Scallion Oil Noodles, also known as “Cong You Ban Mian,” is a beloved dish from the bustling city of Shanghai, located on the eastern coast of China. Known for its simplicity and rich, aromatic flavor, this dish is a staple in Shanghai cuisine, reflecting the city’s culinary heritage.

YIBIN BURNNING NOODLES
